Which size should I choose?

Small (17.7 x 13.8 in) fits cats and toy breeds. Medium (21.7 x 15.7 in) fits larger cats and small dogs. Measure your pet while curled up and choose the size that leaves a little extra room.

What colors are available?

Stone Gray and Toffee Brown.

My pet doesn't go in right away. Is that normal?

Yes. Some pets take a little time with anything new. Placing the bed in a spot they already like, or adding a favorite toy or blanket inside, usually helps.

How do I clean it?

Please follow the care instructions on the label attached to your bed.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer a discount for more than one bed?

Yes. Buy 2 and get the 2nd bed 50% off, or buy 3 and pay for 2. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but not once it's in transit.

What if my bed arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

Check your order when it arrives and email us right away with a photo. We'll help you fix it.

Can I return my bed?

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for full details.
